Drinking energy drinks is the best way to get energized??

Energy drinks might make you feel a short and fast burst of energy, but it doesn’t last! These drinks are usually high in caffeine, and too much caffeine may cause rapid heartbeat and insomnia. Energy drinks also contain a concentrated amount of sugar, which can be the equivalent of 14 teaspoons of sugar, hence, unnecessary empty calories.

  • Energy drinks are not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • No one needs an energy drink; an active and well-balanced lifestyle will get you energized!
